Moles on scrotum and penis?

I'm 13 years old, and have not had sex. I have two very small moles on the right side of my scrotum. They're dark brown, and do not bleed and have not changed shape. I've had them for quite a long time. I have fordyce's spot on the shaft of my penis and on my scrotum. Is there something wrong with my penis and scrotum? And I have checked for bumps on my testicles. They're normal. I'm also growing through puberty (broadened shoulders, deepened voice, pubic hair, etc.). I guess that's worth mentioning.
