When will i finish puberty?

Hi, i was on the internet the other day and i was looking up penis growth because im curious as well. And I want your advice on when my penis will enlargen. I'm going to give you a brief description so PLEASE READ. Ok, I'm 14 years old my birthday was March 20th and I have little armpit hairs, and i developed quite a bit of hairs on my legs and getting them on my thighs about a month ago now, and my penis is about 1-3 inches long not erect, and about 5 inches when erect. I just started developing hair on my navel and my chest about a month ago, and my voice used to crack alot about two months into the school and now it doesnt crack at all hardly, and i have hair on my mustache decently, and im starting to barely see facial hair on my sides. And my shoe size is 11 inches (USA) And im 5'7" and weigh about 125 pounds. So when do you think my penis will grow/thicken? And do you know when my voice will deepen too?
