How to talk to a boy when in middle school?

ok,i just got out of fifth grade and going into middle school.i REALLY like this boy nicholas muse,i think i have lost him forever because i am afraid he will get a girlfriend over the summer.and i am also afraid that he might move or move to a different school.so,if he does end up going to the same school i do,what do i do.and i also have to say this,i have baby fat to loose,so what do i do!? /:(
