What non-prescription pill is most lethal when taken with Alcohol?

How many pain relieve meds does it take ( I assume those are the most effective)? Also, this is kinda off topic, but what stops Atheists from killing themselves? When religious people get depressed they find comfort believing that God will save them, I'd like to know the other way it can be prevented.
