Why is the U.S. government GIVING 25 MILLION dollars to Libyan rebels while trying to cut social security?

Just saying.... your trying to cut social security and screw working class people over to decrease the country's debt... but your also ready to deepen the country's debt to benefit a couple rich and powerful oil executives...
