Of course Islam allows keeping dogs, but outside people's premises. How long will it take for me to learn bass?

Hey guys, I was thinking about picking up a bass guitar! I love Bass I love the groove and everything it's just so awesome, it adds epicness to songs. I'm almost level-4 in piano and I play school cello for two years now (not an experienced player) and I can read tabs on guitar and play simple songs like "Smells Like Teen Spirit." However, I suck at tuning my guitar so I can't tune my guitar to play all the songs that I like. I was wondering, on bass do you have to do that or are you on standard the whole time? If I get a bass guitar I'll play it about two-three hours each day, I'll put a lot of time and dedication but how long would it take to learn bass parts to pop rock songs or songs like "She Will Be Loved" by Maroon 5? And how long would it take to learn "Hysteria" by Muse on Bass?

Ok, so I just started dance class (contemporary) and even though it's a beginner's class everybody has had at least a little bit of dance experience except for me. My movements aren't fluid and when I dance it just looks horrible. Worse than horrible. I'm willing to practice as much as it takes but I don't really know what to practice just to move better? I believe they mean hot around the band where the hoof meets the fur - although that could also be caused by other things. I saw a foundered horse once, and it was pretty obvious - her legs were all swollen and she was in obvious pain. Founder can be caused by injury, but I think the most common and preventable cause is rich food. What you want to avoid is too much grain (and how much is too much wil depend on your horse and his particular needs), too much rich spring grass (when the grass is first coming in, I keep feeding my horses hay so they don't gorge on the grass right away) and definitely don't give them piles of grass clippings. What will my teacher do if I pass out/or have a seizure in front of them?!?!?

I'm 13 and I keep passing out, or blacking out. Sometimes I'll fall, and not wake up for a few min. Others, I'll just black out for 5 seconds, and I'll wake up before I hit the ground. My dr says it's stress, and he prescribed an antidepressant/anti anxiety medication. It's one approved for teens. He said I have blood sugar problems, possible hyperglycemia, but he can't be sure cause my blood work was fine when they checked it. I have panic attacks, and that has led me to pass out before. One time I almost passed out at a parade in June,(I'm in band) and my teacher freaked out! She didn't know what to do. I never actually lost consciousness that time though... My dr told me a week ago, that I'm at risk for seizures. He told me why, but I don't remember the reason. I've had absence seizures but I never realized I did until he explained them. He said it's possible I have epilepsy, but he can't diagnose it unless it happens again or something. Within the past week, I keep zoning out for a few seconds and then not remembering anything after. And normally when I pass out, I'm alone, so is it possible I have seizures without even realizing it! I'll wake up in the weirdest positions, like with my knees up to my chest, or my entire body sprawled out. It's scary. I go back to the dr in a few days, but I want to know if number one it's possible these are seizures, and if numbe 2, there's a cure. Right Before this happens, my vision gets all blurry, and my head hurts horribly. It feels like my entire body goes numb, and I get this weird feeling of like deja vu I guess. Like i know what will happen next, and like its all happened before, but I can't put my finger on it. Then it seems like everything's in slow motion, and I get rly anxious and scarred. Idk why that happens. I'm more worried what will happen at my band practices in august. We have to go for 4 hour everyday for 2 weeks. What will my teachers do if this happens then and is there anything I can do to prevent this?:)

How to cope with my daughter giving up my grandchild? (Long but I need help)?

Right now I'm grieving for my grandchild that I'll never see again. My daughter turned 18 a month ago and I haven't spoken with her since her birthday. She gave birth to a baby boy three months ago that she gave up for adoption. When she told us she was pregnant we were disappointed but that disappointment deepen when she said that she didn't want to raise the baby and was going to give it up for adoption. My husband and I come from families that don't really believe in abortion or adoption so we were deeply disturbed by this. We asked her to reconsider her decision but she said her mind was made up. The boy she was dating at the time wanted nothing to do with the baby and his parents were all for the adoption as well so we got no support from them. Everyone in our family tried to talk some sense into her. We were all willing to help her with the baby physically and financially so she had no reason to want the baby to be adopted. I asked why she wanted this and she said that she wanted to have her own life and go to college not take care of her mistake. I told her that the baby was a gift not a mistake and she got angry. We had a fight and she moved into a friend's house until the baby was born. Me and my husband consulted with three different lawyers to see if we could get custody of our grandson and they all told us that 1) they couldn't do anything until her rights were terminated and 2) by that point it would be too late if she's already found a couple willing to adopt the baby. Apparently one of them got into contact with her because she called me screaming saying that she's already found a couple to adopt the baby and to stay out of it. After 2 months of me begging, she invited them to our house for dinner and I asked how often my daughter would see the baby and they all looked at each other and the woman said they agreed to a close adoption and that they were moving across country after the baby was born. I lost it. I started screaming at her asking why she was doing this and did she have any clue how her child would feel when he found this out. She said that she didn't care about the baby and that I wasn't going to stop the adoption and I told her she didn't deserve the baby and she told me to go to hell. I didn't speak to her until she called me from the hospital after the baby was born. He was so beautiful and I just fell in love with him. I begged both (my daughter and the father) to reconsider and she told me to "get over it. Its done. The ink is dry. Move on." I was so angry that I left. I saw her again about two weeks later when she came home. I thought she must be an emotional wreck and I felt guilty about that but she was happier than ever. I waited to see if she would bring up the baby at all but no. I finally brought "him" up a week before her birthday asking why she didn't care about her baby and she screamed at me saying "that baby was a mistake that's been corrected. He has parents that care about him so get over yourself." I told her I'll never forgive her and she moved out for good. I know I shouldn't have said that but I'm in a lot of pain right now. The couple have moved and my grandson is gone forever. How do I cope?

i've applied glitter to my shoes and was wondering would it be a good idea to apply a thin layer of clear glue over the glitter to prevent it from falling off but i dont want it to ruin the effect of the glitter.. is this a good idea or would something else be better such as hairspray..

okay so im 14 and my birthday is in 3 months. I am not going to say I havent hit puberty, because ive read too many things saying I entered puberty when I first started getting pubic hair. But I am somewhat a slow bloomer. I have some armpit hair not much and quite a few pubes. The for awhile I have very little pubes but recently they have been getting somewhat thicker. My testicles have gotten somewhat bigger from when I was young. my genitalia (if thats how I say it) Is still the same size. I have arm hair (average) but little leg hair. My husband works sanitation at a factory, 12 - 16 hours a day. He is constantly standing, wearing big rubber boots. He recently bought some cheap insoles from Wal-Mart hoping that they would help and they do, but not as much as we were hoping. Have you ever spoken to them yourself? Ask them to be more considerate of yourself and your son. Also speak with the landlady and tell her how annoying it is. She can give them a 7 day notice that basically says they need to conform to the rules or get a 3 day notice for eviction.

My e-mail got hacked and my facebook got deactivated, is there any way i can get them back?

My friends thought it would be funny to hack into my email preventing me from going on my facebook, deactivating my account. They created 3 different fake emails resetting my password countless times making many new ones and made the security questions to their advantage one of the questions for example is "why do you want to get into my email?" They messaged my little brother and said they have everything which i believe they don't. Anyway, I believe this is a federal offense because they violated my privacy by locking me out of my own email and answering my security question wrong so many times that my email account hasn't let me go on in over 3 days now. (They need to find something better to do with their time, they have no lives and this isn't the first time this happened) My friend said it’s not going to be that easy getting it back from him anyway now, other than kicking the **** out of them, or doing something to their house or car, which would be the first reaction acting on impulse but it wouldn’t be the smartest thing to do. Bugzy, you really have a thing about your voice breaking, don't you? At 13.5 years old you're well on the way. Your voice will either crack suddenly or slowly slip down the scale. Nobody can say which way it will go but either way you'll know it. As you already have two recordings, why don't you make a few more. It's so easy nowadays and it might give you some interesting research as well as being a nice record to remember your childhood. I am 17 years old. The problems started 10th of January when i felt strong pain in my chest, followed by temperature the next day. For 20 days I suffered without anyone knowing what's wrong with me, and then, finally, I was diagnosed with pericarditis. My CRP was 174 then. I took Longacef for 7 days, it seemed OK, but after 3 days it came back. Then they gave me Prednisone with Aspirine wich I took for 15 days. I was fine for the next month, and then it came back again, with CRP 214. Prednisone with Longacef for 10 days, and now I've been taking prednisone for 2 months, with decreasing doses for up to 5mg. Yesterday my doctor cancelled the steroids. Is there anything I can do to prevent these recurrences? What I should or should not do?

Metabolism return back to normal?

So for a couple of months I ate about 800-1000 calories and before these months I ate about 1800 calories. I understand that the body will go into starvation mode, and I began eating 1800 calories for about 1 month and a half again and now down to 1500 to prevent weight gain. Will my metabolism adjust to the 1500 calories, or will it reset itself back to the 1800 calories I used to have? I used to weigh 114 pounds at 4'11 and now i weigh 93 pounds.

Thick long hair help?

I have really thick long brown hair. It goes down to about the middle of my back. I have really long layers and angles. Whenever it dries, it gets frizzy and puffy. Going swimming with my nose piercing on?

I am going to go swimming at my friend's pool on 4th of July, well actually July 3rd since it is supposed to rain July 4th. Splotchy sunburn/self-tanning fail?

Okay, so I was at the pool for a couple of hours and as expected, my shoulders and chest burned to fire. I was already a little sunburned but when that peeled, my color remained. After I went to the pool, I decided to use my self tanner to deepen/even the color out. Of course, this is the day my sunburn decided to peel. All of my color peeled off and I have splotches of white skin on my chest and shoulders. Why did my tan disappear? (from the sun, not the self-tanner) and how can I make myself look normal? Hauppauge PVR Problem?

I've had a Hauppauge HD PVR for a while now and I've been recently having a problem where whenever I record something, sometimes the hauppauge will stop recording for about 3 -5 seconds and start recording again. Hey, I'm Quinn. I'm a 14 year old boy. And all my friends have higher voices then me. And I don't mean by like two or three half steps, I mean their voice is usually an octave higher.
